Pauline Francis (Zuelsdorf) Carr Olson

Pauline Francis Carr Olson, passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Monday, April 29, 2024 at the Gibson Family Center. Her life journey began on November 19,1936 in DeKalb County, Illinois, to David and Dorothy Zuelsdorf Carr. She married her loving husband Harry Olson on September 5, 1953.Pauline was employed at Lake Forest Hospital until her retirement. She was raised and lived in Waukegan, Illinois, before moving to Farmersburg to be with her daughter and son in-law, Debbie and Merrell Mc Neill.

Pauline attended Shelburn First Baptist Church, she enjoyed playing bingo and paint by numbers. Her most precious thing in life was raising her family. She lovingly raised her children, adored her grandchildren and later in life her great-grandchildren. As of recently she was blessed with 2 great great grandchildren. One of the highlights of her later years was seeing Dolly Parton while on vacation.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; Harry Olson; son, Clarence Allen Olson; brothers, Lawrence Carr, Raymond Carr, Allen Carr, Joe Carr and Marvin Carr; sister, Margaret (Mickey) Fitzpatrick along with son in-law, Anthony Bilotti

She is survived by her children, Joyce Bilotti, Patricia Pardon, Debbie McNeill (Merrell) and daughter in-law, Sharon Brewton; siblings, James Carr ( Kathryn), David Carr (Sandy), Alice Hale and Dorothy Bakley; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Friends and family may pay their respects at Congdon Funeral Home, Zion, Illinois from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. on Friday, May 3, 2024 with services on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at 10:00 am. with Pastor Corwin Wong officiating. Procession will follow to North Shore Garden Memories.

The staff at Holmes Memorial Chapel were honored to assist the family with arrangements .
