Payton William Santus

Payton Santus, 25, of Carlisle, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2021. He was born in Terre Haute on November 10, 1995 to Mark Santus and Lela (Shipman) Santus.  He was a 2014 graduate of Sullivan High School, loved his family,  his friends and playing in the Darts League.  Payton also enjoyed basketball, fishing and golf.  He was preceded in death by his father, maternal  grandparents, Bill Jack & Donetta Shipman, aunts Greta Fulford and Jo Lyttle.

Surviving are his mother, paternal grandparents, Norman and Martha Santus, brother Connor Wright, sister Jessi Harris (Ryan), niece Kelsey Harris nephews Karson Harris, Walker Wright, aunts Jill Hadar, Cathy Mason, Jill (Randy) Lewis, Cara (Brian) McCammon,  uncles Josh (Brandy) Santus, several other family and numerous friends.

Services will be 1:00 p.m. on Thursday February 11, 2021 at Holmes Memorial Chapel with Norman Santus officiating.  Visitation will be on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will be at Oakgrove Cemetery.
