Retta Slack, 67, of Hymera passed away on Monday April 1, 2019 at her home. She was born in Sullivan on November 3, 1951 to Eugene and Jetta (Croney) Slack.
Survivors include her sister Beth Slack of Hymera, her brother Terry Slack and his wife Vonciele of Evansville, a nephew Schuyler L Slack and a niece Taleah J Slack.
Services to celebrate her life will be from 4-6:00 p.m. on Saturday April 13, 2019 at the Hymera Ruritan building. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sullivan County Humane Society. Envelopes will be made available at the Ruritan.
