Robert Haythorne

Robert Haythorne, 71, of Sullivan passed away as a result of an accident, on Monday November 25, 2019. He was born on March 19, 1948 to Winford Haythorne and Melba Fern (Lucas) Haythorne. Robert became a truck driver at the age of 18, he loved socializing at the Petty Pit Stop, the Acorn Grill and Mi Mi’s on the square. Preceding him in death are his parents, and a brother Darrell Lyn Haythorne.

Survivors include his daughter Elizabeth Brown of Sullivan, his sisters Joyce Harvey of Oaktown, Brenda Ridge of Carlisle, 2 grandchildren April Brown, Lisa Brown, several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Services to celebrate his life will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday November 30, 2019 at Holmes Memorial Chapel with Rev. Bill Samm Phegley officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will be at Pogue Cemetery at a later date.
