Sharon Rose Clark

Sharon "Rose" Clark, 78, of Merom, passed away on Friday October 13, 2017. She was born Washington IN, on February 5, 21939 to Lester Sheley and Eunice (Spore) Sheley. She was a 1957 graduate from Washington High School, was a member of the Carlisle Christian Church, and had been a member of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Forrest and Norwood Sheley.

Survivors include her husband of 38 years Clifford Clark whom she married on October 13, 1979; son James Monie of Marquand MO, daughter, Denise Smith of Poplar Bluff MO, step daughters Cathy (Tim) Smith of Robinson IL, Karen Freed of Effingham IL, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Monday October 16, 2017 at the Merom Cemetery with Rev Bill Sam Phegley officiating. The family suggest that if friends so desire memorial contributions may be made to the Carlisle Christian church. Envelopes will be available at the cemetery. Services were entrusted to Holmes Memorial Chapel.
