Stephen Slade

Stephen Slade, 68 of Sullivan passed away on Monday March 18, 2019 at his residence with his family by his side. He was born in Gary IN, to Aulderson Slade and Emma (Yocky) Slade. Stephen was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and was a farmer. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, John, Al, Bobby, sisters, Carolyn Rutlidge, and Mary Lou Spencer.

Survivors include his son, Todd (Joleigh) Meng of Shelburn, daughters Jennifer Slade of Sullivan, Kala Slade of Carlisle, Tori Slade of Sullivan, Brother Rick (Dianna) Slade of Whiting IN, ten grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a celebration of Stephens life at a later date and will be put on the website.
