Suzette (Ashby) Nance

Suzette Nance, 59, of Shelburn passed away on Sunday July 26, 2020 at Signature Health Care in Terre Haute.  She was born in Knox county on March 23, 1961 to Richard Ashby and Lois (England) Ashby.  She was a 1979 graduate of Lincoln High School in Vincennes and a graduate of Vincennes University School of Nursing.  Suzette was a member of Souls Harbor Church, enjoyed reading when she still had her sight, listening to books on tape but most of all she had loved her bible and her Lord and Savior.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother Richard Ashby Jr.

Survivors include her son David (Kaylyn) Nance of Shelburn, daughters Krystle Clayton of Bicknell, Amber Nance of Shelburn, a sister Belinda (Frank) Groves of Vincennes, grandchildren Derek Clayton, Karl Clayton, Keithan Nance, several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday July 30, 2020 at Souls Harbor Church with Rev. Darren Thrasher officiating.  Visitation will be at the Church from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services.  Burial will be at Little Flock Cemetery.
