Thelma Trump

Thelma Rose Trump, 91, of Hymera passed away at 7:25am on Thursday, December 26, 2013 in Millers Merry Manor in Sullivan. She was born November 28, 1922 in Hymera to Edward J. Kelley and Grace Waldrop Kelley. Thelma was a lifelong proud citizen of Hymera graduating from high school there in 1940, where she met and married the "love of her life" Lavern Trump on February 7, 1942 who she often said "the prettiest blue eyes I have ever seen. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Lavern on May 25, 2007, the pride of her life, her son Larry, who died in December 1999, and sister Cleo Thompson in 1997. Survivors include grandson John Allen Trump (Dawn), nieces Patty Foreman and Dorothy Matrica, one special adopted daughter Jewell Trump, nephews Bill Jr. (Dorothy), Bob (Peg), Sam (Virginia) and Dr. James Thompson (Bunny). Visitation will be Sunday, December 29, 2013 from 11:00am to 1:00pm, and services at 1:00pm in Holmes Memorial Chapel in Sullivan. Interment will follow in Knights of Pythius Cemetery in Hymera.
