Virginia Louise Lamb, 96, of Oaktown passed away on Saturday September 6, 2020 at Millers Merry Manor in Sullivan. She was born in Dugger IN., on May 1, 1924 to Ernest Bland and Ophia (Stanley) Bland. She was a 1942 graduate of Dugger High School. She was a housewife and was married to Loren “Dutch” Lamb, he preceded her in death. She attended the Christian Church in Oaktown. Also preceding her in death are her son Douglas Lee Lamb and brothers, Robert, Fred, and Phil Bland, sister Norma Bland Sparks.
Survivors include her sons Larry Loren Lamb and his wife Barbara of Oaktown, Dale Gene Lamb of Oaktown, a sister Marg Cardinal of Sullivan, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Holmes Memorial Chapel has assisted the family with arrangements. There are no services planned at this time.
