William L Page

William Page, 92, of Sullivan passed away on August 5, 2017 at his residence with his family by his side. He was born on September 20, 1924 in Frankfort, Indiana to William H. Page and Thelma O. (Dunn) Page. William fought during WW II as a member of the United States Navy. He was a truck driver for Marsh for many years, a lifetime member of VFW Post # 266 in Anderson, Indiana, and a 1943 graduate of Eaton High School. William is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Pamela Stone, grandson Richard Page, and two brothers Burton Page and Leroy Page.

Survivors include his wife of 44 years Mary (Eytchison) Page, whom he married on April 9, 1973, son Phillip (Janet) Page of Anderson, daughter Nicole (Christopher) Bowne of Sullivan, step daughter Carrie (Steve) Frazee of Shelburn, sister Alma Powell, grandchildren Stephanie Roberson, Charles Stone, Amanda Padgett, Rex Ake Jr., William Ake, Kimberlie Ake, Aria Jo Bowne, and several great grandchildren.

Services for William will be at 2:00 p.m. at The Holmes Memorial Chapel in Sullivan, Indiana on Saturday, August 19, 2017, with Tom McBride officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until time of service. Military Rites will be given by the Hymera, Shelburn, and Sullivan American Legion's and the Sullivan County VFW.
