Cheryl Grubb, 71, of Sullivan, IN, passed away at her son’s home on Monday, December 26, 2022, with her family by her side. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and a friend to many. Cheryl practiced as a Licensed Practical Nurse along with her daughter Lori for many years at Providence Healthcare at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods where she later resided and made a very special friend, Jane. Her love for taking care of others never left her. She loved a good laugh with her lifelong friends and visiting the beach whenever she could. Cheryl’s true passion and love were her children and grandchildren. Her love for them was unmatched and she often expressed how proud she was of each of them. Cheryl was preceded in death by her husband who was the love of her life Thomas Grubb and a beloved daughter Lori Grubb.

Survivors include her sons, Thomas (Amanda) Grubb, Chad Grubb, a daughter Melissa Grubb, brothers, Dennis Ivers, Richard (Georgina) Ivers, Steve (Tina) Ivers, sisters, Nancy (Ed) Williams, Lisa (Bob) Abel, her grandchildren Lexi, Dominick, Dillon, Devon, Dayton, & Wyatt, several nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday December 31, 2022 at Sullivan First Christian Church with Pastor David Cox. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will be beside her husband and daughter at Center Ridge Cemetery immediately following the service. Holmes Memorial Chapel was entrusted with the arrangements.
