Obituary
Jack Edward Wheeler, 73, Hymera, passed away quietly in his apartment at Ohio Living Swan Creek, Toledo, Ohio, Saturday, September 9, 2023. He was born in Sullivan County to Merton Hubbard and Mildred Annis Wheeler on February 1, 1950. Jack graduated from North Central High School, Farmersburg, in 1968. He worked as a custodian for several local organizations. Jack enjoyed traveling, spending time with family, drinking coffee at Hymera Marathon “mini mart”, and watching his favorite old westerns and television programs.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Merton and Mildred, and his brother, James “Jim” Robert Wheeler.
A graveside service is planned for Saturday, September 16, at 2 p.m. at K of P Cemetery with Steve Storey officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Ohio Living Swan Creek, 5915 Cresthaven Ln, Toledo, Ohio 43614.
