Paul Cox

Paul Cox, 80, of Sullivan passed away on March 10, 2020 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital.  He was born in Anderson, IN., on September 30, 1939 to Levi Cox and Viola (Scott) Cox.  Paul was a self-employed construction contractor and was known to many as “Hammer”. Paul loved his family and friends. He loved watching sports, especially racing. Paul was a member of The Abundant Grace House of Prayer Church.  Preceding him in death were his parents, his wife Nancy, sons Timmy Cox, Jeffrey Cox, a daughter Pamela Cox and brothers Don and Art Cox.

Survivors include his sons Johnny (Lori) Cox of Danville, Tommy (Amy) Cox of Sullivan,  Ronney (Donna) Cox of Anderson,  Levi Jr (Julie) Cox of Anderson, a daughter Cassey Dikowski of Fishers,  brothers Tom (Debbi) Cox of Middletown, Gary (Penny) Cox of Anderson,  Tim (Cindy) Cox of Sullivan,  sisters Patty (Harold) Schuyler of Markleville, Wanda Cox Vaughn of Anderson, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday March 14, 2020 at Abundant Grace House of Prayer with Pastor Tommy Pearison officiating.  Visitation will be on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at 1:00 p.m. Burial will be at Maplewood Cemetery in Anderson, IN on Monday, March 16, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.
