William “Bill” Alley, 53, of Carlisle, passed away on Thursday December 17, 2020 at his residence. He was born in Fort Riley KS on January 28, 1967 to Charles Emmanuel Alley and Judy (Haverland) Alley. Bill was a graduate of Northside High School in Fort Smith AK, had joined the Navy and was a member of Whosoever Will Full Gospel Church in Dugger. He was a fisherman, hunter, who loved to cook, tell stories, be with his family and friends. Bill never met a stranger and would go out of his way to help others. He loved his family especially his wife, daughter and grandchild. Preceding him in death are his father.
Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Paula (Pinkston) Alley, his mother Judy Gordon, daughters Crystal Reed, Jenny Alley, a brother Jerry Dean Alley, sisters Tammy Lynn Clark, Dianna K Graft, Lutricia Lee Freeman, a grandchild Adalynn Reed, several nieces, nephews, cousins and several friends.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Monday December 21, 2020 at Holmes Memorial Chapel with Pastor David Cox officiating. Visitation will be on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will be at Center Ridge Cemetery.
